Through a free initial consult and movement assessment, that I do with all my clients to start, I’ll build a plan tailored specifically to you based off your goals and current capabilities/fitness level. Coupled with nutritional and lifestyle advice, each session will be designed to strengthen areas in need of improvement, fine tune execution, increase body awareness and provide you with the set of tools you need to reach the goals you’ve set for yourself and improve quality of life.
